Coach Cam, a performance specialist, works with youth, collegiate, and adult professionals and select Team-T organizations in Houston. He believes that everyone's body is unique and can benefit from position-specific training methods that emulate the body they desire or the movement patterns required for their sport.
Cam graduated from Rice University with a Bachelor’s in Sports Management and a Minor in Business, where he set an NCAA Record against UCLA with 3 block kicks in one game. He then continued his education at Southern Methodist University, earning a Master's in Liberal Studies.
Cam is a Performance Coach who incorporates the principles of biomechanics into all of his training programs for all sports, in-season or off-season. He creates tailor-made plans incorporating position-specific movements to develop the players in areas where they need it the most, and for general fitness clients who want to train like the pros.
His areas of expertise include specializing in D-Line/Linebacker positions, strength & conditioning, weight management, sport-specific training, and pre/post-natal training. He creates stimulating workout experiences that are motivating, challenging, yet safe and effective for all fitness levels.
Cam's mission is to increase his clients' speed, agility, and overall performance while keeping them injury-free. He especially wants to help athletes and professionals looking to go to the next level and master their craft. He can Position U for that dream!
